Exchange Policy

**Last Updated: October 5, 2026**

At Paul Jewelers, we want our customers to be satisfied with their jewelry purchases. Eligible merchandise may be exchanged within 30 calendar days, subject to the conditions below.

## 30-DAY EXCHANGE

Eligible merchandise may be exchanged within 30 calendar days of delivery for online purchases or 30 calendar days from the purchase date for eligible in-store purchases.

To qualify for an exchange:

- Merchandise must be unworn, unused, undamaged, and in its original condition.
- All original tags, packaging, certificates, grading reports, warranty cards, and accessories must be included.
- Proof of purchase is required.
- The item must not have been resized, engraved, customized, altered, repaired, or otherwise modified.
- Merchandise is subject to inspection and approval by Paul Jewelers before an exchange is completed.

## EXCHANGE VALUE

Approved exchanges will generally receive credit equal to the original purchase price of the merchandise, excluding shipping, delivery, sizing, engraving, customization, repair, or other service charges.

If the replacement item costs more than the original item, the customer must pay the difference.

If the replacement item costs less, any remaining value will be handled according to the terms communicated by Paul Jewelers at the time of the exchange. An exchange does not automatically entitle the customer to a cash refund.

## ITEMS NOT ELIGIBLE FOR EXCHANGE

Unless otherwise required by applicable law, the following items are not eligible for exchange:

- Custom-made jewelry
- Special orders
- Personalized or engraved merchandise
- Resized or altered merchandise
- Merchandise modified at the customer's request
- Items showing signs of wear, damage, misuse, or alteration
- Gift cards
- Final Sale or clearance items identified as non-exchangeable
- Merchandise missing required certificates or grading reports

## DIAMONDS & CERTIFICATES

Diamonds or gemstones supplied with an original laboratory grading report or certificate must be returned with that document.

Missing or damaged certificates may result in the exchange being refused or a reasonable replacement fee being assessed where appropriate.

## ONLINE EXCHANGES

For merchandise purchased online, please contact Paul Jewelers before shipping the item back.

Customers should follow the return-shipping instructions provided by Paul Jewelers and use an insured, trackable shipping method for valuable merchandise.

Paul Jewelers is not responsible for customer return shipments before they are received by us, except where otherwise required by applicable law.

## IN-STORE EXCHANGES

Eligible in-store purchases may be presented at our showroom within the applicable 30-day exchange period together with the original receipt or other acceptable proof of purchase.

The specific terms printed or disclosed on the sales receipt or invoice may also apply.

## DEFECTIVE OR INCORRECT MERCHANDISE

If you believe you received defective or incorrect merchandise, please contact Paul Jewelers promptly. Do not wear, resize, repair, engrave, or otherwise alter the merchandise before contacting us.

## RIGHT TO INSPECT

Paul Jewelers reserves the right to inspect merchandise before approving an exchange. Merchandise that does not satisfy the conditions of this policy may be returned to the customer without an exchange.
