Online Purchase Policy

**Last Updated: October 5, 2026**

This Online Purchase Policy applies to purchases made through the Paul Jewelers website. It should be read together with our Return & Refund Policy, Exchange Policy, Shipping & Delivery Policy, Privacy Policy, and Terms & Conditions.

## 1. PLACING AN ORDER

When placing an online order, customers must provide accurate and complete information, including:

- Full name
- Billing address
- Shipping address
- Email address
- Telephone number
- Valid payment information

Submitting an order does not necessarily mean the order has been finally accepted.

Paul Jewelers may verify payment, inventory, pricing, shipping information, and other order details before accepting and fulfilling an order.

## 2. ORDER CONFIRMATION

After an order is submitted, the customer may receive an electronic order confirmation.

An automated confirmation acknowledges receipt of the order and does not necessarily constitute final acceptance if additional verification is required.

## 3. PAYMENT AUTHORIZATION

Customers represent that they are authorized to use the payment method submitted with an order.

Paul Jewelers and its payment providers may perform authorization, identity verification, fraud screening, and other security checks.

## 4. HIGH-VALUE ORDERS

Because jewelry transactions can involve significant values, additional verification may be required for certain purchases.

Paul Jewelers may reasonably request information necessary to verify:

- Customer identity
- Payment authorization
- Billing information
- Shipping information
- Order authenticity

High-value orders may require additional processing time.

## 5. FRAUD PREVENTION

Paul Jewelers reserves the right, where permitted by law, to delay, decline, or cancel an order when there is a reasonable concern regarding fraud, unauthorized payment, identity verification, or transaction security.

If an order is canceled after payment has been collected, the appropriate refund will be issued to the original payment method.

## 6. PRICING & PRODUCT INFORMATION

We make reasonable efforts to ensure that online prices, descriptions, photographs, specifications, and availability are accurate.

However, errors may occasionally occur.

If an obvious pricing, inventory, or product-information error affects an order, Paul Jewelers may contact the customer to correct the issue or cancel the affected order as permitted by applicable law.

If payment was collected for a canceled order, the applicable amount will be refunded.

## 7. PRODUCT AVAILABILITY

Products displayed online are subject to availability.

Because some merchandise may also be available through our physical showroom, an item may become unavailable before website inventory is updated.

If merchandise becomes unavailable after an order is placed, we will contact the customer regarding available options.

## 8. ORDER CANCELLATION

Customers should contact Paul Jewelers promptly if they wish to cancel an order.

Cancellation is not guaranteed once an order has entered processing, been shipped, or work has begun on resizing, engraving, customization, or special ordering.

## 9. CUSTOM & SPECIAL ORDERS

Custom-made, personalized, engraved, resized, altered, or specially ordered merchandise may have different cancellation, return, and exchange restrictions.

Customers should review the applicable terms before placing an order or authorizing custom work.

## 10. SHIPPING & DELIVERY

Online orders are subject to our Shipping & Delivery Policy.

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address.

Depending on the order value and shipping method, a signature or additional delivery verification may be required.

Delivery estimates are not guaranteed unless expressly stated otherwise. Carrier delays, weather, holidays, incorrect addresses, security checks, and other circumstances may affect delivery.

## 11. RETURNS & EXCHANGES

Eligible online purchases are subject to our Return & Refund Policy and Exchange Policy.

Eligible merchandise may be returned within 7 calendar days of delivery, subject to the applicable policy requirements.

Eligible merchandise may be exchanged within 30 calendar days of delivery, subject to the applicable policy requirements.

Merchandise must satisfy the relevant condition, documentation, and eligibility requirements before a return or exchange is approved.

Custom-made, personalized, engraved, resized, altered, special-order, and Final Sale merchandise may be excluded from returns or exchanges, except where otherwise required by applicable law.

Please review the full Return & Refund Policy and Exchange Policy before making a purchase.

## 12. DELIVERY ADDRESS

Customers are responsible for providing a secure and accurate delivery address.

For security and fraud-prevention purposes, Paul Jewelers may request additional billing or shipping verification before dispatch.

Address changes may not be possible once an order has entered processing or has shipped.

## 13. IN-STORE PICKUP

When in-store pickup is offered, customers may be required to present:

- Valid government-issued photo identification
- Order confirmation
- The payment card used for the transaction, when reasonably necessary for verification

For fraud prevention, Paul Jewelers may restrict pickup by individuals other than the purchaser unless advance authorization and appropriate verification are provided.

## 14. SALES TAX

Applicable sales tax will be calculated and collected as required by law based on the transaction and delivery location.

For taxable Maryland sales, the applicable Maryland sales and use tax rate will be applied as required by law.

Orders delivered to other states are subject to applicable destination-based tax requirements.

## 15. PROMOTIONAL CODES

Promotional codes, discounts, and special offers:

- May have expiration dates.
- May apply only to eligible merchandise.
- May not be combinable with other promotions.
- May exclude certain brands or categories.
- Have no cash value unless required by law.

Additional terms displayed with a promotion will also apply.

## 16. PAYMENT DISPUTES & CHARGEBACKS

If you believe there is an error with an order or charge, please contact Paul Jewelers promptly so we can attempt to resolve the issue.

Nothing in this policy limits a customer's lawful right to dispute an unauthorized or incorrect charge with their card issuer or payment provider.

Paul Jewelers may provide relevant transaction records, delivery confirmation, communications, and other appropriate documentation to a payment provider when responding to a payment dispute.

Knowingly making a false claim regarding a legitimate transaction may violate applicable law.

## 17. REFUNDS

Approved refunds will generally be issued to the original payment method, subject to the applicable Return & Refund Policy and applicable law.

The time required for a refund to appear may depend on the customer's bank, card issuer, or payment provider.

## 18. PRIVACY & PAYMENT INFORMATION

Personal information collected in connection with payment verification, fraud prevention, order processing, and payment disputes will be handled according to the Paul Jewelers Privacy Policy and applicable law.

Payment processing may involve third-party payment providers, which may handle information according to their own privacy policies and applicable requirements.
